Hunab'Ku is a well known design attributed to the Maya of Central America.
In Mayan cosmology, Hunab'ku represents the center of our galaxy, the core supermassive black hole that we call Sagittarius A. The black and white contrast of this relief design shows the dance of two forces emerging within the galaxy's dual spiral arms and expanding in four directions.
This piece is finished with an antique patina providing higher contrast and allowing the silver to age evenly.
Made in Sterling Silver. The pendant is 0.75" across. Includes your choice of a 16" or 18" silver box chain.
